Where is my KLSTO Order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Orders placed before 12 PM EST are dispatched the same day, while later orders may take up to 1 business day to ship. After dispatch, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Order Modifications:
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited, so please double-check your cart before completing your purchase on KLSTO.

Order Cancellations:
If your order has already been processed, you can still cancel it up until it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, please contact KLSTO support, and we’ll assist you with other options, such as returns or exchanges, once your order has been delivered.

What payment options are available ?
At The KLSTO Store, you can use various payment methods to make purchases. All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners ClubSecure payments through PayPal are available. Apple Pay and Google Pay can be used for quick mobile payments.

Can I Pay in Several Installments?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

SHipping Procedure

Return shipping instructions, including the address and any specific requirements, will be provided by our Customer Service team when you start the return process.


Ensure your package is securely sealed. If a return label isn’t provided, you may need to cover the shipping costs. Use a reliable carrier and consider a trackable service, as KLSTO is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
